At our last meeting, which was in Feb 2020, we had all but handed in a warrant. The cease of all masonic activity due to the pandemic gave us time to regroup and reassess our situation. After much discussion and deciding to not only change our meeting location but also our meeting dates.
We finally held our first meeting post COVID-19 restrictions on the 12th Nov 2021 at Halsey Masonic Hall Cheshunt for the finial time before moving the The Cloisters in Letchworth next year. The chapter perfected not one but two candidates. We also welcomed 8 joining members to our ranks including a former Provincial Grand Master of Hertfordshire who accepted the office of ADC and a current Assistant Provincial Grand Master, who kindly took the office of organist. It was also wonderful to hear that we had 6 more candidates waiting to join.
While we still have much to do to ensure the future of this great chapter, things are already looking brighter.
